A note from owner Kevin Gatto:

A special thank you for all of you who filled out our client survey and for all feedback. I am very pleased the majority of the feedback was positive and that we are exceeding your expectations at Verde. I also appreciate the suggestions and comments on where we can improve as they are also important for us to know so we can grow and make everyone who walks through our front door feel special.

Many of you commented on where our loyalty program has been. The good news is it has been here all along and all of you have been earning points. We are currently reworking the program and will be relaunching the program this summer to make it easier for you to check your balance and redeem your points for service and product discounts. We will make sure there is plenty of signage around the salon and that we get the information to you.

We are also working on some very exciting new features to our booking system that will make scheduling your appointments much easier. We will have on-line, mobile and even facebook scheduling capabilities starting this summer.  Soon you will be able to make your appointments from your computer, smart phone and even direct from facebook. We are very excited about this and looking forward to the official launch this summer. You will also be able to book packages of of services bundled for savings right from the website as well as buy gift certificates on line to print out right from your computer or email to the recipient. More on that later on.

I appreciate the loyalty and the raving fans of Verde. We have an incredibly talented team here that is committed to providing you with not only the highest technical standards but the highest customer services standards as well. We are celebrating 4 years this October and that would not be possible without the support and loyalty from our valued clients and the talents and dedication of our team.
