Catalyst Juice Cleanse was AWESOME!

3 Days of Juice!

I wanted to kick off spring with a little spring cleaning so I decided to try a juice cleanse, I figured if  Gwyneth Paltrow could do it, so could I!

I looked around for a good juice cleanse and realized that Philadelphia has an amazing company called Catalyst Cleanse that won Best Of Philly a few years ago.  I decided to give it a try.

Yeah, I was a little nervous - 3 days of just juice and NO COFFEE or RED BULL?  Wow, could I do it?

Truth be told, it wasn't that hard not eating, I drank the juices and felt satisfied.  

I learned how to drink more water and tea during the 3 days as opposed to my feeding my caffeine habit.  

Also, somehow, my cravings for sugary sweets vanished.  

I feel amazing after doing the cleanse.  

The juices taste great, I highly recommend it. 

I truly believe that you have to feel great to be able to look great!
