Fashion Cut Turns Susan into a Verdenista

A good hair cut restores her faith in salons.
Susan hadn't been to ANY salon since 1996.  Apparently, the cut was so awful that  she decided she could cut her own hair.  She did have enough training in cutting as she attended a cosmetology school for a short while.  She confessed to Jenna Moore - Verde Salon's Lead Stylist, that her last hair cut was from her 70 year old father.    Susan decided it was time for a new look, she found Verde on Yelp, read the reviews and decided she would put her hair into the very capable hands of Verde!

Although this winter has been pretty mild, the winter months can wreak havoc on your hair. Hair can be damaged by the cold blustery winds and especially from the heat indoors. Your hair relies on hydration to stay healthy and shiny looking. As these environmental stresses attack your hair cuticle hair looks dry, dehydrated and lifeless. Hair is harder to manage and style requiring hot tools to finish your style. This is a vicious circle as the hot tools will dry and stress hair even more. As always when I discuss proper maintenance for hair I tell clients to start with a proper haircut regimen. Every 6 weeks for a trim. Once your ends are split there is no turning back the hair must be cut to a healthy length. So get to your stylist on a regular basis...and add on a conditioning treatment.
