Susan hadn't been to ANY salon since 1996. Apparently, the cut was so awful that she decided she could cut her own hair. She did have enough training in cutting as she attended a cosmetology school for a short while. She confessed to Jenna Moore - Verde Salon's Lead Stylist, that her last hair cut was from her 70 year old father. Susan decided it was time for a new look, she found Verde on Yelp, read the reviews and decided she would put her hair into the very capable hands of Verde!
